Creative Services

Online Shops & Portfolio Sites

I work with artists, makers, authors, and small creative businesses throughout Pennsylvania and beyond to create thoughtful online spaces that support their work.

Projects include artist portfolio websites, Shopify and Squarespace sites, editorial-style studio journals, and small ecommerce shops designed with attention to typography, color, usability, and search visibility.

Artist Portfolio Site

Artist Susan Whigham needed a portfolio site to showcase her work when entering juried shows and arts festivals, and to direct visitors to her social media page.

Author Site

Author, mentor and entrepreneur Peter S. Miller wanted a site to highlight his experience and expertise while marketing his upcoming book.

Portfolio & Ecommerce Site

I needed a Shopify site to showcase my studio goods, custom sewing and design services, and a rotating collection of pieces by local and Pennsylvania artists.

Creative Support

I collaborate with artists and makers through hands-on practice, support in the home or studio, and the development of online spaces where their work can be seen and shared.

My own practice is rooted in curiosity, exploring material, form, and structure in ways that are often unconventional. Early experience with textiles in an upholstery shop, followed by years working with interior designers and in client-facing roles, shaped my approach to both artistry and collaboration. I believe arts and presentation should be accessible, and I welcome folks of all backgrounds, identities, abilities, and experience levels.

Alongside my creative practice, I’ve also spent significant time in sales, online content, and digital platforms. That experience informs how I think about supporting creative work, and how it’s presented and received.

  • My approach is collaborative, thoughtful, and free of judgment. Creative work can be messy, nonlinear, and deeply personal, and I aim to create an environment where people feel comfortable asking questions, exploring ideas, and working through uncertainty without pressure or pretension.

In addition to textiles and fiber arts, I bring experience in business formation, brand identity, SEO, ecommerce, online content, interior design, and creative organization. I enjoy helping artists and small creative businesses shape spaces, systems, and online presences that feel cohesive, functional, and true to their work.

  • Projects vary widely and may include weaving and fiber arts instruction, loom repair and restoration, studio organization, website design, online shops, and collaborative creative support for artists and makers.

  • Both. Some projects are best approached in person, while website work, consultations, and certain forms of creative support can be handled remotely.

  • Website projects vary widely in scope and are quoted individually. Simpler, single page portfolio or informational sites may begin around $350, while larger ecommerce or more customized projects can range upwards of $5,000. Some services are billed hourly, while others are structured as flat-rate projects.

Smaller projects, consultations, and collaborative support are welcome. I recognize that artists are not equally resourced and will do my best to work with your budget.

  • Usually with a conversation. Some clients need a single session or specific service, while others are looking for more ongoing collaboration and support.

  • Absolutely. I welcome new and returning artists of all experience levels.

  • I primarily work with floor and table looms, including older and vintage models. Local and regional repair or restoration projects are considered individually.

Projects are collaborative and vary in scope, from single sessions and loom service to more involved, ongoing work including websites.

Let’s start with a conversation.
