FAQ

How do I book a session?

You can reach out through the contact page with your availability and a few details about your experience and goals. I’ll respond personally to coordinate a session time and confirm travel details.

What areas do you serve?

I am based in West Chester, PA and travel throughout the greater Philadelphia area. Travel within 45 minutes is included. A fee applies for locations beyond that—please refer to the travel section above for details.

Do I need to provide my own materials?

In most cases, yes. I’ll recommend a short list of tools or supplies based on your skill level and goals. If you're brand new, I'm happy to help you source the right materials before your first session.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

I ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for rescheduling or cancellations. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a 50% fee. Emergencies and illness are always handled with understanding.

What skill levels do you teach?

I focus on beginner guidance for new or returning fiber artists. Sessions are completely customized to your pace and interests.

What ages do you teach?

I offer weaving, felting, and knitting lessons ages 13 and up. Sessions with minors require signed parental consent. An adult must be present (on premises) for the duration of the session.

Can sessions be shared with a friend or family member?

Yes, shared sessions for up to two people can be arranged by request. Please note that this changes the pacing of instruction slightly, but it’s a great option for friends or family learning together.

Do you offer virtual sessions?

At this time, all instruction is offered in-person to provide the most hands-on, focused learning experience. Virtual sessions may be available in the future—feel free to inquire.

What forms of payment do you accept?

I accept credit and debit payments, Apple Pay, ACH transfer, PayPal and Venmo. Installment plans may be available through Klarna. Payment is due in full at time of scheduling.
